Q. How do I reserve a trailer or motor home?
A. We require a $100.00 Reservation Fee to rent a travel trailer, and a $250.00
Reservation Fee to rent a Motor Home. This fee is non-refundable upon cancellation,
but will be applied to your rental charges when you come in to pay and pick
up your R.V.
Q. Do you have a security deposit?
A. When you rent a travel trailer, there is a $250.00 deposit that must be
left on a Major Credit Card when you come pick up your trailer. We do not
charge your card the deposit, we only do an authorization of funds. Your card
does not get charged unless you lose some of your deposit when you return
your trailer. The same applies to Motor Home rentals except the deposit amount
is $1,000.00.
Q. How is the mileage for motor homes calculated?
A. There are 125 free miles for each day on your motor home, anything over
that will be charged $.32/per mile.
Q. What is in the trailer or motor home?
A. Cookware and Linens are not provided in motor homes or travel trailers.
These can be provided at an additional charge. All trailers and motor homes
have restrooms, A/C & heat, stoves and microwaves.
Q. How does insurance coverage work for a rental?
A. You MUST call your insurance company prior to picking up your trailer or
motor home to make sure the trailer or motor home is covered, if it is not,
have your insurance agent adjust your coverage accordingly. You need comprehensive
coverage for any damage that may occur to the rented unit or any other vehicles
involved. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR TO THE RENTAL
VEHICLE AND ANY OTHER INVOLVED PARTIES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE!!!
Q. What do I need to reserve a trailer or motor home?
A. When you rent your trailer or motor home you must bring a valid driver’s
license, current proof of insurance, and a major credit card. The proof of
insurance must be for the vehicle towing the trailer or driving the motor
home, and the driver’s license and insurance must be for all who are
pulling the trailer or driving the motor home.
